I'd like to knit or crochet a kangaroo for my daughter but have been
unable to find any patterns here in the UK.  Ideally the kangaroo would
be about 1 foot (30 centimetres) high.

As i went shopping i saw [in some shops ] little bags with "handcraft
suplies ] Got completely hooked, by a bag with many Little Hearts , in
two sizws and a variation of colors ,  Ideal for applique on little [
and big] sweaters ...as well as other items ...

... they're figuring out that crochet can be sexy.

I am happy to report that I received some lovely, mostly Norwegian, yarns

Today I noticed some crocheted mittens in a VERY posh sport shop here in
Stockhom.
The shop, Cross or something like that, has been founded by an extreme
sport team (maybe you've seen the serie on Discovery Channel).

Apparently there used to be words to use when using a Niddy Noddy to make a
skein...Anyone know it?
